"I am forced to change my pharmacist after 15 years of service at previous location... I am currently serviced by location on 7st. E Baseline Rd. Phx Az. .. THIS IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN FROM ANY BUSINESS . I am logging my formal complaint with corporate offices because I don't want my complaint swept under the rug. I am deeply offended and hurt by how the staff plays with a patients health and medications. Criminal at best ."

"5 star review. As of January 2024. I was checked in and they kept me up to date. I was burned out tired for being woken by loud noises for the last 2days prior to delivery so they saw I was really exhausted. I had enough time for a quick unload to depart. Thank you all for the quick time for unloading me so fast and keeping me on my good side. God bless you all. Happy new year."

"Title: Extremely Frustrating Experience I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at this receiver. The lack of competence in handling the logistics was evident, resulting in the loss of two loads. The staff at the guard shack, particularly a rather unhelpful individual, added to the unpleasantness with a snarky attitude. The paperwork process was painfully slow, taking an astonishing six hours to handle just 10 pallets and 292 cases. This inefficiency is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the overall professionalism of the operation. It felt like dealing with individuals who were either inexperienced or, unfortunately, not entirely focused on their responsibilities. Having to turn away two loads due to these issues speaks volumes about the reliability of this receiver. The entire experience was disheartening, and I strongly recommend improvements in efficiency and professionalism to prevent others from facing similar challenges."
