"Poor customer service. Refill medication has to be ordered and was told they have it by the next day. When I called two days later they said they didn’t have the medication and I couldn’t even transfer the prescription to a different CVS. They did not even care or offer any solutions. They placed all the responsibility back on me to get a new prescriptions and when I asked how can I file a complaint I was told to call corporate, i had to ask for the number."
"Shame on CVS pharmacy! I have been getting my prescriptions filled here since this store was Target pharmacy and even when this location opened 17 years ago. Just found out today by the pharmacist that they don't need to notify customers/patients when unable to authorize or fulfill a 90 day supply. They will fill for 30 days and let you pay the more expensive price and send you on your merry way. In essence that sounds unethical and very political. It shouldn't surprise me i have worked around pharmaceutical companies for years and it's always about the greed and the money. Pharmacy make bonuses from these companies based on sales."
