"Very friendly staff but always overwhelmed by customer orders. Lines and wait time is terrible but they’re the only pharmacy close to my house with a specific generic. I will go in to pick up my medicine per their automated system and it’s never processed like it’s supposed to be. I almost always call but sometimes I forget and then I end up waiting in their terrible lines for 30 minutes for nothing."

"Every single time I call for my refills or walk into the pharmacy it's always the same they never can get my meds or information correct even when I'm standing right in front of them it's time to change pharmacies right in front of the clerk"

"Waited in line for the 3 vehicles in front of me to get their meds, about 13 minutes. They literally closed the curtain for drive thru as it was my turn even tho there was no one else behind me. It was 5:44pm on a Saturday and they close at 6pm. They told me drive thru was closed and I had to come in. Not very convenient for someone with a leg injury..."

I do make sure one thing I called before I go or I get the text alert.I work in the medical field I have much compassion between the doctors, the medical assistance which I am and the pharmacist, the communication getting the sending the medication & getting medication ready and plus the insurance part!!!! I love this store❤️& avondale !"

"I've been coming to this Frys for 15 years and it's my favorite grocery store!! They have a big selection, friendly, attentive customer service, and the store/parking lot is one of the most consistently clean facilities I've seen at grocery stores. I've been coming here so long we literally grew up next to each other and I can't recommend this place enough! They have a pharmacy, check cashing/customer service desk, an in store Wellsfargo bank/ATM, seasonal merchandise (outdoor furniture, Christmas decorations, Halloween costumes, etc.), and a Deli!"
