"This clinic’s customer service is disgusting! I was told that my wellness visits would be covered 100% and I got billed. I contacted my insurance and was told that this clinic is out of network with my plan. Why couldn't they have told me this in the first place, and lied to me instead? They're very dishonest and don't want to take responsibility for their mistakes. I strongly suggest to stay away from them."
