"The staff is super helpful and very friendly. I was surprised about how caring they were regarding my health and the importance is was getting my prescriptions in a timely manner. They are crazy busy all the time, so just follow the steps, drop off prescriptions first and pick up later, even if your doctor called them in.."

"I have been using the Nogales Walmart Pharmacy for about 10 years. They are always busy and from a customers perspective, it appears they are understaffed. I sincerely wish they could hire more employees, I feel badly them when the line is long and patience is thin. I require many medications to stay healthy. In 10 years, they have only made one tiny mistake… giving me half of a prescription instead of the full. They corrected it immediately. Otherwise, I have had zero problems with my medications. They are all knowledgeable and helpful. If I have a concern, I don’t hesitate to call or stop by because no matter how busy it is, the pharmacist on duty will stop and go directly to consult with a patient in person or on the phone. Everyone is treated the same, I’ve watched this happen in person and experienced it myself. I appreciate that they care about my well-being and express that in words and actions. What I appreciate the most about this pharmacy is that they actually care. Everyone cares. From the tech to the pharmacist to the person that checks out customers… they ALL care. Everyone smiles, they treat everyone with kindness and they get to know their customers. If I call in, as soon as I say my name… they know who I am and ask about my family. If my husband picks up my prescriptions after work, someone will ask how I’m doing. I understand that some people are frustrated with long lines or wait times. For myself, I’ll wait in line. Especially if it means I can pick up what I need to stay healthy, that I TRUST who put my medications together… and treat me kindly. I highly recommend! Best pharmacy in town!"

"Apparently now we see why they are doing the whole self check out service in the pharmacy needs it too. Since the pharmacist yelled at everybody and didn’t want to assist with me since lunch is more important than service."

"Traveling thru the town and dropped off a prescription at 3pm 5pm est where we’re from. They had to call my home town to transfer the prescription. They took my number and said they would call when ready. No call. Went back at 730 before they closed and they never placed the call to transfer. The pharmacist said he never saw the paper work and apologized but by that time my pharmacy back home was closed. He said that he would leave a note for the morning pharmacist. Now that meant that we had to stay another night. Went there the next morning at 930 and call still had not been placed. Pharmacist said she would expedite. What if it was a life and death medication?"

"Have gone three times to pick up my prescriptions. Yesterday they were closed at 1:00 p.m. no notices. Today went by twice, waited over 20 minutes each time and line was not moving. Left and will have my meds filled at Mariposa Pharmacy."
