"Ross in Nogales, AZ has long line around the store. Waiting in line for hours. Only three cashiers. Very poor service."
"Fantastic merchandise, great discounts, but the real price you pay shopping at this location is the most valuable thing you have: time. Three hour waiting line to pay! And the saddest part is, no matter how much customers complain about this issue, the management won't do anything about it because they KNOW people will wait that long to pay for their "bargains"."
"This is my favorite place to shop. However, the long endless lines and only one or two register counters open are the biggest disappointment there. Suggestion never visit the Nogales store before 10.00 pm."
"Sorry to say that the check out progress is toooooo dam slow. One cashier for more than 60 people with full shopping carts is ridiculous. I stood for more than two hours to checkout. Ross Nogales knows the amount of customers that it receives but not enough cashiers. It will soon bee peak season and it is going to be a nightmare there. If possible avoid going to Ross Nogales go to another Ross where at leas they will have more cashiers. And let me be clear, it is the management's fault not the cashiers, the cashiers where their best to get everyone out the store but it is overwhelming for one or two cashiers. Thank you."
