I was able to talk to a real person who was very friendly and she transferred my prescriptions from my home state to here. They will be ready for pickup tomorrow morning, per my request. It couldn't have been any easier."

"They NEVER answer the phone. It takes at least 2-3 days to get a prescription filled. I have to go in to the store to be heard. Monthly meds end up 3-4 days late if it falls on a weekend!!!! Other places are just as bad if not worst then Safeway!!!!"

Four employees behind the counter at opening and all four were smiling, welcoming and ready to help. They answered all my questions, checked prices for me and were prompt as well as professional. "Wednesday I booked a Covid vaccine for today. I show up and am told they don't have any supply. I ask why they let me set up an appointment today, the response was "that's Safeway who set it up, not us"! When asked when I could get an appointment, she said, " I don't know; watch for advertisements and then get back to us"! I went next door to CVS and was taken care of."
