"Crooks? Probably not..... but incompetent might be a better term. After several phone calls and face-to-face visits I tried to receive a refund for the unused portion of my annual premium several years ago when I sold my home. I was told that my policy " didn't account for that and that a refund wouldn't be forthcoming". Today I received my refund via Utah Unclaimed Property. Look elsewhere for your insurance needs or at a minimum, be certain you understand their cancellation policy before signing."
"Nothing but crooks here. I was quoted a $139.00 a year policy for my boat. After two weeks they said they were raising my rate $54.00, so I cancelled my policy. I got a refund letter saying they were refunding $39.00, I had my policy less than a month! Stay away, now my agent won't even reply to my emails!!!!! So much for customer service"
