Walgreens Pharmacy 1360 West Horizon Ridge Parkway, Henderson, NV 89012

"Tues, 02.27.24 call started at 4:59 pm…. I was on hold for 40 mins! The lady Katelyn answered the phone AND immediately put me on hold at least 15 times… after the first few times, she stopped speaking, after being on hold, the phone would automatically ring back, Katelyn would just answer AND press the hold button without saying a word!!! As I said, she did that at least 15 times within 40 mins! I held on the phone because I was stuck in traffic leaving work… I decided to walk in Walgreens. While in line after being put on hold for OVER 15 times, Katelyn FINALLY spoke to me!!! I told her I was on hold for 40 mins and she got very snippy saying we are super busy and we are doing the best we can… I responded, I understand that BUT you could have told me that within the 40 mins while on hold!! SUCH HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I’m sure I’m NOT the ONLY person she has done that too; I would hate to hear Katelyn provided this low level of customer service to an elderly person AND/or a parent with a sickly child OR just any sickly person!!! … It just so happened I decided to stay on hold and come inside the Walgreens AND was going to put my phone on speakerphone so everyone at the pharmacy can witness Katelyn constantly putting me on hold; it’s a wonder she didn’t hang up on me during that 40 mins …. I will say when I told her I was inside the store in line, her tone became cordial AND she immediately filled my 2nd prescription."

"Pharmacist caught error, ER should have canceled a script which was confusing for my mother. Doc later said my mom should not take that med, the one that should have been canceled."

"Very disappointed at the professionalism of their “floater” today. Raising her voice at me on the phone, and then AGAIN in public when I tried to get clarification on the next steps to take with my doctor to ensure that I received my medication. I will be talking to my doctor about changing where they send my prescriptions"

"Dropped off a prescription for two scripts Friday early afternoon. By Saturday afternoon they only had one ready for pickup and then they closed early. Their hours are atrocious, they appeared to have plenty of Staff but nothing gets done and there's huge long lines waiting for drop-off and pick-up. So now day two, still don't have my last prescription that I need and it's a premade bottle that they just have to slap a label on. The one they actually had to count out the pills is ready but the spray is not. Now I have to wait another day before I can pick them up."

"I been going to this pharmacy for over a year now. I guess after the pandemic their phone lines has been way busier (30min-1 hour) wait so I used their Walgreen apps to refill my prescriptions. And I got an email saying it is ready by 1pm the next day. I went to wait in line 15-20 mins in the drive thru line and when I pulled up the assistant said it is in the system and not ready for pick up and to come back at 6pm. I was confused because this happened not just once but a few times with my mother’s medication also. He said to always called ahead before coming. He even ask the Pharmacist and she said she does not know why this is happening. First of all why have the app to make things convenient if it will not work. This is suppose to help the customer and if they cannot fix it on their end then do not have that app program AT ALL. I am very disappointed with their way of resolving things. The reason I am giving a 2 stars and not one is because the assistants here are nice and helpful most of the time. This will be the last time I go to this pharmacy."
