I hate how Mira is fake in front of you, but as soon as you leave the store, she’s calling you bothering you talking about documentations that you have to sign. She did that to me three times if you knew the policy if you knew you had people that have to sign papers why make them leave and come back or sign it over the email they’re fake and scary and I feel like these people are only trying to make money off of you and scam you I do not recommend these people unprofessional staff Myra will sit there in a smile on your face and act friendly but as soon as you leave, she calls you back and hit you with other charges other documents that you need to sign I recommend you don’t go here find somewhere else and save yourself the stress"

"I had great business, until last month. I was upset but the manager made sure I was taken care of. Mayra assisted me, entered wrong VIN. Cuala made sure it was done correctly. They are helpful. Have 4 vehicles for insurance. Reasonable and affordable. Great customer service, hearing them greet you over the phone makes you feel comfortable and valued. I appreciate Mayra and Cuala."

"Bunch of idiots here. Please don’t go there, they really don’t know what they’re doing. I signed uninsured motorist form with them to send to my insurance company (Infinity Auto insurance) and they kept the form in their office for more than a month only for my bill to double. I went to the office and the idiot girl was telling me to make the payment. They’re committing a lot of blunders. Please don’t deal with them, I only fall victim because I just moved to Arizona. Please don’t go there!!!"

"Went through a woman named Norma for Insurance. She said she gave me full coverage for a reasonable price and stated she had the same policy as Geico just for cheaper. That was a lie after getting a copy of my insurance. Then when trying to cancel she kept giving me the run around and now when trying to cancel. I have to send in the proof and wait for the remaining amount to be mailed to me. I was charged $195 for my initial payment but then when getting a hold of the actual insurance agency. My intial payment was $165.53. I will never do business with them or EZ OWN AUTO SOURCE in Scottsdale again. Total rip offf"
