"For anyone who would attempt to work for these people be careful. They will have you go through training and won't pay you for training on the job regardless if you put in hours with them and unless you finish they're online relias training. Currently will be reporting them to the Arizona department of labor."

"Pre Covid Lexington was the best! My daughter has been attending the Day program since it began. The providers were wonderful and she was able to go on fun outings and she really had a good time. Something we loved was that she was able to come home at 3:30 which was perfect for her needs. 9 to 5 is really too long of a day for her to be away. Since Covid Lexington has lost many of its members as well as really great providers. They are no longer able to be flexible with transportation and so my daughter is unable to come home early nor can she switch to the days when most of the fun activities are going on unless I bring her in and pick her up. I am grateful that there is a place she can go during the day but she and I both miss the way it was before. The key to any DTA program are “great providers” These special needs kids need really fun, enthusiastic and ,kind individuals to spend that many hours with. If the providers are not great the program is not great and then it is hard to motivate them to go each day. I am hopeful that Lexington will continue to care enough about their clients to employ these kind of workers so that it can continue to be a great place for this very special population.Who deserve the very best❤️"

"We tried another After School program for my daughter, we feel safer with her going to Lexington... Being in touch with your team is important, so everyone is on the same page and they've been great with this for us. We also use the agency for Day Program and certifying our 'chosen' respite workers; we choose people she already knows, so they get certified to provide respite through Lexington.. Thank you!"

"There's not a single bad word that can be said about the staff here. Everyone who works here are unequivocally loving and compassionate individuals who exemplify the best qualities of humanity by selflessly helping the people of our community who need extra support due to challenges in their lives that are no fault to their own. I have nothing but the highest admiration and respect for Lexington and especially the staff."
