"This place hasn't had managing for about 2 months, nothing is taken care of. Most of the days, when I took my toddler, she cried because she didn't like staying. The nannies change almost every week. My husband witness one of the nannies kissing our toddler on cheek, another one we witness was that one of the nannies was giving our toddler French fries from Mcdonel's. I don't recommend this place at all it's almost been two months and they still don't have a director, so who's running this place no one!"

"Kindercare.. hence the word CARE is definitely not there at this daycare. My little one went there for almost a year with the lack of staff and poor communication with staff and parents is very apparent. My little one stayed home with me before I had to return to work she never had been to daycare before at first everything was going well then she was constantly sick. She actually had surgery to have ear tubes. Countless times to her pediatrician, and twice to the hospital. The staff does not take care of your child’s items sippy cup., diapers, and wipes, and their security blanket. One would think that the child items would move with a child when they move classrooms? Nope . At one point the staff had to buy and replace the diapers because she was coming home in pull-ups. And they couldn’t find the diapers that I provided . Remind you she was only one and a half. But what ended it all was when I was told my little one had been bitten. Staff told me the other child was already on their ABC protocol meaning they’ve done this a few times in the past to other children. Spoke with Michael the Director, and nothing came about it only he said he would speak to the parents of the child. I felt this is unsafe for my child and other children that attend when you don’t take the right steps to keep our children safe therefore, all the reasons above is why I chose to leave KinderCare and look elsewhere , very disappointing"

"My son, husband and I have had a great experience at this KinderCare. They are patient and kind to our 3 year old, communicate with us often and recognize our child is learning and developing skills. Just an awesome experience for us!"

"I couldn’t ask for anyone better to help raise my kids while I’m at work! The center director Danielle and assistant director Jamie are the most amazing, selfless, kind hearted people I have ever met! They are always checking on my kids, and going above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and that you feel your concerns are taken care of. Both of my kids have gone here since 6 weeks old, and after touring many daycares I’m glad I picked here. The infant teacher Ana is also amazing, I have no doubts leaving my babies with her, she has the most kind hearted, innocent, beautiful soul, just love her so much!! I could seriously write a whole book on all of the staff here and everything they have done for our family! Love them all!!!"

"Greatly improved since under new management! My son is in the two year old class and is excited every morning to see his teachers. He has improved on his manners and social skills since he has been coming here. The staff is very friendly and always available for any questions or concerns I may have. We are always greeted at the first door by a staff member with a smile. I love that this center has a warm family feel to it. Even after my son took a leave of absence for a year, when he returned he was remembered and welcomed with loving arms."
