"Had a great experience here but I can see why others may not have. I came in for a second opinion and was also sold on the surgery, however, I truly needed it. I had reoccurring sinus issues that were ignored by my other doctors and the surgery really helped. I really appreciated how the doctor was explaining what exactly he was doing during the procedure. They constantly make sure you are doing okay on the recovery up to several months after. Very attentive and friendly."

"Beware of this doctor. I posted a similar review for his practice but people need to be aware of what they are signing up for with this guy. Very sloppy work and all they care about is money. Seems like the doctor only does surgery so the facility can optimize their cost structure. In our experience he will not meet with patients outside of surgery. My wife had a balloon dilation sinuplasty done here and while she was in for the procedure Dr Gergits decided to do nasal cautery - which we had not agreed to. The total cost of the procedure billed to insurance was discussed beforehand as $6,000 - $7,000 but because they added in the nasal cautery they billed almost $25,000! To make matters worse my wife now appears to have a hole in her septum! We've returned to the office twice with photos clearly showing the hole and the physician assistants try to gaslight us into believing there is no hole (the doctor doesn't really seem to care about his patients post-op so we only met with PAs). I'm honestly in shock they keep trying to deny there's a hole (see attached photo - you decide). Idk if they are really this incompetent or just afraid of a lawsuit - which we can't sue them anyways because medical malpractice lawsuits are prohibitively expensive in the state of AZ... On top of everything his staff failed to recognize the infection my wife was complaining about during the post-op visit and so she had to seek treatment from urgent care where they promptly put her on a dose of antibiotics."

"The staff are very nice and the office is beautiful, but I strongly discourage anyone from going here. I went to have my ears checked and before I knew it, they were scheduling me for an in office balloon sinuplasty. Thankfully I got a second opinion from a very reputable ENT and found out I absolutely do not need the procedure. This is unfortunately happening a lot in the industry, a “recipe” diagnosis for what an insurance company needs to hear in order to cover the procedure. They also had a pamphlet in the exam room encouraging parents to look into the procedure for children, which I found out later is not something that should be done to a child. If you do go here, get a second opinion before you go through with any surgeries or procedures."

"My experience with Dr. Gergits was what you’d hope to expect when going to any doctor. He is very attentive, explains in detail what you need to know, and I always felt he genuinely cared. He was and remains proactive in my treatment as well. Dr. Gergits was the 6th ENT I had seen looking for help with chronic issues, and he was the one that was willing to find solutions when others failed. On top of that, his staff is just as good. I can’t say enough good things about Sinus Allergy and Wellness."

"I’ve had recurring sinus issues and vertigo for many years. My immunologist strongly recommended that I see Dr. Gergits. I have never been to a more impressive Dr.! He did an in office CT scan and spent over an hour putting it on a large screen showing me every angle of my scan explaining in detail why I’ve been having the issues I’ve had. I had severe infections in all of my sinuses which was very clear on my scan and no other Dr had diagnosed. He set up a treatment plan that is going to be able to permanently deal with the underlying issues for my repeat infections. I called with a question and I just received a call after hours from Dr. Gergits not a receptionist. Wow! Who knew an actual Dr will call you personally? The whole office staff is incredible. Can’t recommend this practice enough!!! I only wish I had found him sooner!!"
