"This place is horrible nothing ever gets done with maintenance the buildings are falling apart inside and out and they raise your rent all the time even with no ceiling fans no dishwasher no washer or dryer in your apartment"
"***Look elsewhere*** Mold in the windows and AC vents. Disrespectful management, even though they put up a front at first don’t fall for it. Management does not care about anything but themselves. The pool is almost always green and not open for residents to swim. Loud, disrespectful neighbors. Walls are ultra thin so you’re able to hear everything. AC is extremely loud. Cockroaches are not required to pay rent but they do live there without eviction. AZ is a 420 friendly state but this complex isn’t. If there is any repairs/remodeling happening within the complex they will start at 6:30 in the morning. The non remodeled buildings are not structured correctly anymore, due to how old they are, and are due for a collapse"
"These apartments are bad. They are so filthy and when I moved in I had to clean it before I could even put things away. My front door needed to be replaced and they would not do it. Anyone could have got it open. Not safe at all. I am on section 8 and I always got part of my deposit and never got anything. That apartment was so clean when I moved out. Not a good place at all. Be aware they lie to you and are thieves will take your deposit even when you have it coming to you. Dont live here unless you want to be taken."
"I was evicted for unauthorized occupant. I live alone. The person I had the protection order against and police incidents reports for is the same person they evicted me for. They break what ever laws to have you evicted even if rent paid up to date. if you go to court .. the judge is already on their side. My apartment did not have any upgrades. I'm in the process of finding legal representation against Courtyard moving forward and City Court"
"I lived here in 2006 to 2007. It was a nice place but this place is haunted! Trust me when I say this apartment complex has some sort of negative entities that haunt this entire complex. I lived in the top apartment facing little Caesars and what I experienced there haunts me to this day. Then I moved out. Having no choice and dumb I moved back but to another building and yes it still was haunting. The things I’ve seen and experienced is no lie. I recommend not living here if you have children."
