"Updated review, staff are great but I have to give this place on star based on the wash room here. How can CalCap not afford to replace these out dated washers and dryers that are alway out of order? How has this not been fixed yet? How are 4 of the 8 washers out of order? Anyways that’s why I’m not renewing my lease it’s kinda ridiculous not to add the water getting shut off about once a month. Please get new washers and dryers for your tenants it’s out of control."

"This apartment complex is a mixed bag. On one hand the units themselves are generally fine. They have a decent amount of space for the price and the apartments on the second floor even have vaulted ceilings which are nice. What brings these apartments down are the facilities that they offer and the constant repairs being done. The complex is very old, and therefore the water system is constantly under repair. This wouldn’t be as much of a problem, but multiple times a month they’ll shut the water off without warning and then send an email later saying something along the lines of “the water hopefully will be back on in 3 hours.” I understand that they can’t be prepared for every situation, but the frequency of this makes it a serious inconvenience. The laundry room is also always in disarray with at least two machines being broken at any given time, and the ones that do work are over 20 years old, filthy, and leave a disgusting odor on your clothes, especially the dryers. Overall, I would probably search elsewhere but if you really need a somewhat inexpensive place to live this place isn’t the worst option."

"Iv lived here for almost three years and grew to really like it. Stores, hospital, schools and predictions are very close and is in a good part of town. Management and maintenance are fantastic. They actually care and have helped me out many times when needed and are just good people. Rooms are actually spacious compared to alot of apartments at the price it is."

"Out of the few apartments I’ve been in, this one has probably the most friendly staff of all. Pete the maintenance man is one of the more genuine people, he actually knows what he’s doing as well. The best part is that they are pet friendly, I have a very big dog (Saint shepherd) and have had no problems with him being here."
