"Neighbors are rude, loud and inconsiderate of others! While the grounds are swept and cleaned daily the plants and trees are allowed to die a slow death from a lack of water! The apartment I rented wasn't cleaned before I moved in. The plumbing and appliances need constant repairs/maintenance! Which only happens AFTER something breaks down! I would NOT recommend moving here. The rent goes up every year and the service isn't worth the extra cost! If I could afford to move out I would in a heartbeat! The staff work very hard under management constraints. However certain policies are not conducive to contented dwelling. The fact that there is NO carpeting in the apartment above me and the CONSTANT noise of children RUNNING RIOT does not induce me to want to give someone else that aggravation. So, NO, I would not recommend living here. Too many riff raff for my taste."

"Place used to be pleasant enough. It's turned into a drug house. The smell of marijuana is everywhere, including at the swimming pool after 10pm... When the pool is supposed to be closed. Of course, drugs late at night outside leads to... NOISE. This place says it's drug-free. Maybe it means drugs are handed out free."

"If I could give a zero I would. It was Saturday 7/15, it was 1:30pm and we wanted to look at a apartment. My family and I went in and the ladie at the desk was nice until we asked about looking at a apartment. She did a complete 180. She said she already did two showings and she was the only one in the office. She even complained about locking up the office. I know it was a hot day but you don't get paid to sit behind a desk, you get paid for trying to get people to live in the complex. I was not happy with her customer service and her laziness."

"Glad to live in a great apartment complex with good staff and maintenance. Today Ignacio (maintenance) was able to fix my dishwasher, vent fan, microwave, and door all in under an hour. Also a very nice guy. Thank you"

"I am very glad that i am living in this apartment because right when you walk in the ladies are super friendly and they willing to guide you with everything so you can settle in smoothly and when you any issues in your apartment the maintenance fixed the problems quickly as possible. I am so glad that i pick this apartment i feel really safe on living here and having no issues with the noise with neighbors and in a clean environment. Thank you."
