"Been seeing Dr. Prentice since 2000 & 4 kids later. She has been consistently professional, kind to all my children, respects our opinion on vaccines & flu shots, listens as I describe health issues and symptoms and asks follow-up questions in order to understand the cause of their illness. For 23 years Dr. Prentice has given our children the absolute best care possible & I’m forever grateful for her guidance. She is empathetic, a good listener & communicator, and advocate for her patients. She also has never missed a diagnosis or over treated a child with antibiotics or unnecessary medications. We will continue seeing her till either she retires or all our kids are adults."

"Dr Prentice is the kindest most attentive doctor! I feel zero rush when talking with her and she asks so many questions to make sure every I is dotted and t is crossed. She is not flustered in the least bit by a rowdy toddler. She is a great mix of traditional medicine and natural health practices (nutrition, vitamins, etc). She makes you feel like she genuinely cares about nothing but your child. She talks to the child and walks them through everything. My teens down to my toddlers have seen her and every experience is the same way."
"We love seeing Dr. Prentice. She is so kind and compassionate. She’s calm, incredibly smart and always knows exactly how to help our kids. I trust her diagnosis 100% of the time! We love all the doctors in the office (we usually Dr. Shepherd for well checks and she’s wonderful as well). But we’ve had a particularly good experience the last two times we’ve had a sick visit with Dr. Prentice. Also - I’ve found that sometimes you end up with great doctors but mediocre staff. When I was in this week with a very sick little one, the entire staff was helpful, accommodating and understanding. We just love the whole office."
