"This was my first time taking my son here and oh my god I was so pleased with everyone and how nice the staff was. One thing I look for is a happy front office because of those ladies aren’t happy then neither will I. From the moment I called to schedule the appointment to the time we were getting checked out I was pleased with everyone we encountered there! Dr. Cwik was amazing and did not make me feel like I was a crazy first time mom. He answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns and reassured me with the things I did have worries about. The nurses there were all so very nice and also made the process a lot easier. This is now our new pediatric office and I don’t plan on taking him anywhere else! Please do not change!"

"This place was everything but Pleasant! Front staff is always super nice, helpful, and friendly. My boys came in to see the Dr. about being sick and get immunized. A female Dr. (not the normal male Dr.) was only concerned about looking at their private area and shots not the fact that they were actually sick and was the reason why we came. She said they were fine which I knew better because they had fevers, vomiting, coughing, and sneezing. Long story short I refused shot for the day because they can potentially make them sicker NOT denied but wanted to come on a later date when they were feeling better. She said “ you can’t pick and choose and I will no longer be seeing them at this clinic sign a refusal form and find another doctors office” Safe to say I will no longer be going back there. Please don’t take your children here. They do not care about their safety, health, or well being."

"They only get the one star because the front receptionist was very nice and the nurse was fairly nice as well. Was also happy to get an appointment same day when my son wasn't a patient there. However, it was pointless because my time and money was wasted. My son did not receive any actual care. They charged $100 because of my deductible which is much higher than other places (usually $50-70). It seems that once the doctor heard my son was not a patient there she didn't bother trying. She spent all of 2 minutes in the room and only 30 seconds of that was checking him over. My experience was transactional and cold instead of warm and caring. The doctor made me feel as if my concerns were not valid. She also suggested I give my son (4 month old) Tylenol "for comfort " like its some blanket when he doesn't have a fever. She also told me that the noise I hear in my sons airways is just an echo from his nose. I wish more doctors actually cared about their patients more and not just about money. I would not recommend this practice."

"I am giving this pediatrics a 1 star because my 16 month old daughter got an ear infection which ended up making her left side of her face swell up and pushed her left ear outwards. They prescribed her antibiotics and continued to see her several days in a row with no worries. I felt like something was wrong so i took her to E.R. Fastforward: we sre now at Phoenix Childrens Hospital where she has had emergency surgery and will be living here for a week. Im just shocked that the E.R. wasnt the first thing on their mind. Also, the lack of one on one with my daughter. I didn't feel at home or that these doctors were going to grow up and get to know my daughter. Seemed very mechanical and routine based. No heart behind it."

"I have no younger-aged children so I’ve only visited Pleasant Pediatrics for Covid vaccine reasons. I just received my booster shot this afternoon. All three visits have lived up to the name! Extremely pleasant employees and very efficient vaccination service. If you are nervous about needles and shots, this is the place to go. Especially for the little kids. The clinicians administering the vaccines are so good at what they do that I never felt a thing. Online scheduling is a breeze and the process was quick. Thanks Pleasant Pediatrics for providing such an important service. You are all amazing!"
