"I actually liked this place, i loved that everyone know each other, was a peaceful environment. Now not so much i highly recommend everyone looking for low income housing DO NOT choose this place. They are very unprofessional, managers are so busy talking bad about the last manager but fail to realize that they lost the best manager ever, over the slightest issue they are ready and eager to kick you out, they enter your home without notice and call it an “emergency”, they lose rent checks and make you pay for a mistake they made, communication isn’t up to par. They would have ya car towed even if it’s actively working, they try their best to find anything to kick you out of your home. They last manager they had was the best they ever had including the last maintenance tech there, they made sure everything was in tip top shape, they actually have a heart never had a bad complaint for that team."
"Howdy y'all i basically grew up half my life there from 10 to 20 in apt 27 and 21 to 23 in apt 21. The managers we had were linda and kelly and shellel idk if shellel still mannager there but we only left cuz we needed a bigger apt with more bedrooms apt 27 is my childhood and hopefully i can apply for it hopefully but id love to move back anyone know who the new manager is and how i can and whats the waiting list"
"We have good management here and maintenance as well they're very fast on fixing things and getting it done well-kept property management is easy to talk to."
