Pine Tree Village Apartments

"I have often wondered why these apartments have not been completely torn down. So many of the doors have been kicked in due to a high volume of drug activity there. There are also several windows boarded up as well. It made me think a little more positive about Pine Tree Village when they started to do reconstruction on them. They started to look less menacing then they had looked for several years. I tried to call the office and get some information about the apartments, however, after several unanswered calls and many unreturned messages, I decided that there was no point in even caring about this place, because obviously the owners never did and never will."

"Nastiest apartments I have ever encountered! It's infested with roaches, termites, mold, and rats. Very disgusting living environment overall on 29th street. They are building over mold and termites. You can't just fixed the interior when the are some many issues here. The Land lord Wendy yalen lied and boosted up payments on the tenants and wrongfully evicted me after money was readily available to pay her property up to three months of rent. Instead she evicted me and my four children leaving us homeless as well as lied on court paperwork to boost collection of an unlawful amonut of money i shouldn't even be owing. This property is the worst and the landlord is even worst. (Criminals) the worst kind (Liars). BEWARE OF PINE TREE VILLIAGE 4440-4445 E 29TH STREET BE CAREFUL. THAT PALCE HAS BEEN UNDER REPAIR FOUR FOUR YEARS AND LOOKS THE SAM.BECAUSE THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO REPAIR THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. IT NEEDS TO BE DEMOLISHED AND REBUILDT!"

"Man Tran and his son, Tyler, are the worst kind of slum lords. The apartments they own are CRAWLING with roaches and other vermin, they do not vet renters so they have all sorts of people renting from them, from pedophiles to crack heads. Tyler thinks it is ok to tell his tenants who they can and cannot have visit them, who their children can and cannot play with, and if you disagree, he will cuss you out. He also yells at children, and cusses at them, then he comes and reprimands parents for just letting their children play outside. I have seen him yell and cuss at residents, and if they yell back, he simply evicts them......or if they do not have a lease anymore, he gives them a 30 day notice. Neighbors have complained of electrical issues, having no a/c for WEEKS, no hot water, ROACHES, etc. They never ever hire a profession to do any of the repairs. Instead, this man and his ghetto family will do the patchwork repairs. They don't ever work for long. If you try to withhold rent, he will start the eviction process against you, and claim YOU are responsible for the issues in the apartment. DO NOT RENT HERE OR ANY PROPERTY THAT THESE SLUM LORDS OWN. Including, Mohave place at 319 E Mohave Rd, Kelso Court, and Pine Tree Village, just to name a few............RUN FAR FROM THESE LOSERS!"
