"I went into the office today with a couple complaints. I was completely satisfied how Cristal Serrano, who is the manager, took great care of me by calling maintenance before I even left the office. Within 1 hour of my visit to the office, Carlos had everything taken care of. Carlos has done excellent work for my apartment before so I knew that I was in good hands. I called and spoke to Crystal about the good work. Cristal always takes care of us. She has changed the complex in good ways and always does what she says she will do. Thank you to both Cristal and Carlos. I LEFT THIS REWIEW MANY MANY MANY MONTHS AGO. OF COURSE I STILL BACK IT UP."

"They let meth addicts, heroin users and violent people to walk into the leasing office and get approved and stay. After over 20 police calls about a Tenant they don't worry about residential safety, they could care less about drug abusers but God forbid you smoke an e-cigarette on the balcony. This isn't a safe place to live. The pool doesn't have steps but rusty poles sticking into the water is fine. The constant irrigation flooding, people leaving dog excrement all over the complex, the paper thin walls, the grills at the pool aren't even allowed to be used- the pool is always closed for holidays, the property doesn't water the big trees causing personal property damages, there's a list that goes on and on. If you want to live safely this isn't the place."

"The laundry room only has pay range app is another option available. The pool has four entrance three are locked is possible to have two entrance open. When is the pool restroom open?"

"I’ve been here for almost a year and I love it so far. It’s a very quiet community, I like how they keep the property clean. All the remodels they’ve done are really nice! I love my apartment! The team in the management office is great they’re super helpful and nice. I like that If there is any maintenance ever needed they get the job done fast so you’re not waiting around forever for something to be fixed. Great apartments!"

"I’ve lived here since February 2022 and am very appreciative of the staff and workers. The application process was extremely easy after I’d seen the newly renovated studio apartment. The pool has been redone with a grill area. There’s a nice little park across the street and very close to a couple bus lines. When issues have arises the staff is quick to resolve with their handy maintenance workers. I also like how the staff keeps us informed via the website. If you’re looking for a quiet nice place to live Equinox on Columbus is highly recommended."
