Villas del Paraíso is a charming institution located at 2475 North Haskell Drive in Tucson, Arizona. Our one bedroom apartments offer a spacious open floor plan with beautiful views of the pool, city, or mountains. Each unit is equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, and secure interior hallway access.
Residents of Villas del Paraíso will enjoy the convenience of being just minutes away from the University of Arizona, Pima College, and various shopping and services. However, please note that water and sewer, garbage removal, and monthly pest control are not included in the monthly rental fee. Tenants are responsible for utilities such as power, home phone, and cable.
In order to comply with housing laws, we must limit the number of tenants per unit. A non-refundable moving fee of $350.00 is required for entry, and there is no security deposit. The application fee is $45 per person or $65 per couple.

"Looks good from the outside however the inside of this building is falling apart. Garbage disposal has not worked properly during our lease, huge insect roaches are everywhere, electrical stopped working in apartment on one wall, and dishwasher is not safe . Numerous complaints we have put yet the only solution is to lower rent. Sad face emoji."
"Stinky, cockroach, and bed-bug infested place. Dog poops all over the place. Be ready to throw away all of your furnitures (unless of course you are comfortable with carrying bed-bugs and roaches with you once you move out) if you made a lifetime mistake of renting here!! Pathetic little place; but hey they will do everything possible to keep your deposit even if the stinky place doesn't pass inspection on move-in date!!!"
"Was set to move in on the 17, two days from now. Have yet to receive a lease, nor any communications for nearly two weeks. The last I recall discussing the lease, I was told it would be sent week of. Emailed today stating that along with the fact that I would like the $300 "move-in fee" returned as I am in fact, not moving in. Was told it won't be returned after applicant is approved, along with the lease will be sent the day before due to people changing the date they move in. I'm no leasing agent, but pretty sure if people want to change the lease terms you are supposed to do an addendum to the lease, not screw over future tenants. Overall poor communication and lack of set expectations."
"I received a many bites on my arm and my neck Sep/12-28.did not know what causing these bites! went to the doctor oct/3rd , and confirmed it was a Bed-Bug" bites with medicine prescription. went to Justin and showed him the doctor note, he sent a a guy to spray the apartment. I went to outside i came back after 2 hrs, I saw a bed bug on the linens. I took screen shot and sent it Justin. I asked him to bring Exterminator, He refused! And he said he will bring inspection three days after and claimed the apartment is clear. I threw my bed a way, and received other bites on my legs. He is still negotiating and not willing to treat the apartment! The most stressful situation ever, no sleep for days, all of them in the office are watching and none of them is willing to help!"
