"Rochelle is a liar she called cops on me cuz she didn't like that I asked what the policy for conduct towards tenants guest cuz she yelled out "is he moving in " we were walking up to the apartment with his back pack. He had been there an hour she was out of line and assuming things without asking she needs to take a management course because she apparently hasn't taken one"
"This place is a rip off! The pictures are nothing like they show. The Mgr. Rochelle will lie and rip you off! You won't see your deposit back trust me! It's a joke! My ceiling has been like this for 6 months. She is trying to charge me for my screen door there other tenant kicked in."
"This complex is a true diamond in the rough. Having resided here for over a year, the changes so far are excellent. Our new manager is excellent. Taking steps to clean up and keep this residence is not easy. My wife and I are happy here! We are glad for the improvements Rochelle makes here on a daily basis. Being safe and comfortable where you live should be important to everyone-yet many are not willing to see it is a two way street. Everyone that lives here can help, this used to be a place where people used to get drugs and a hangout for the homeless. Now these folks find other places to be. My wife and I are grateful. Thank you."
