"I have been living here since December 2017. I can honestly tell you the unique paint job is what caught my eye. I’ve enjoyed one of the one bedroom units this whole time, often dreaming of upgrading to a two bedroom within the same complex. These apartments really seem to be worth what you pay, I have big windows I can open, I private(ish) back yard, and the property amenities are small but functional and beautiful. Lizz is a wonderful property manager, she’s been there for me multiple times in regards to personal matters as well as business matters. Neighbors say hello, and it’s a wonderful location. The apartments are not perfect, I believe it was built in the 70’s. I’ve had the same issues every apartment owner has, but they always work themselves out for the better. I hope to stay in this little casita for a while to come."

"My wife and I had the privilege of living here for two years and it was such a great place for us. Liz is an amazing manager of the complex, and is so forward and prompt with anything you need. Rarely have I had a landlord who is so helpful and efficient. Maintenance goes above and beyond to keep the place clean and orderly, especially the pool and laundry room. My wife and I actually had the joy of getting to know Richard (one of the maintenance workers) over the last two years, and he always made a point to say hi to us whenever he saw us. Couldn't speak highly enough of his work ethic and care for those in the complex. Only minor issues we had were a few instances of noisy neighbors, but that's what you get living next to people wall-to-wall sometimes. Management was always very help in approaching discussions with those neighbors when it was appropriate."

"I had a great experience living here! Quiet, safe, good location, and great price. Any maintenance requests were taken care of immediately, and the office manager was always friendly and prompt!"

"If you see it, run the other way. They are dirty and nasty on the inside. The manager is never on site especially during posted open hours. She never answers the phone. They never keep to their word, and the rent is outrageous."

"Decently priced duplex s but extremely nosey manager lives there with personal camera facing out of her livingroom recording/watching what everyone and anyone is up to and tries to bring negative things up about the tenates based on her videos ....there are already exterior cameras on the parking lot......but besides manager live on site and poor manament and tenates repairs when needed overall the units are niceand humbling inside"
