"We lived here for 4 years since 2019 summer. Except for the previous manager Sharon, we enjoyed our stay. First, the location is great, close to Homedepot, target and some restaurants. In unit W/D is definitely a plus. Maintenance is always in time and they also offer 24/7 for emergency issues. Considering the price, you have 910 sqft for a 2B2B and couldn’t ask for more. Staff are friendly. Not sure about the renovated unit, we are not a big fan of carpet. We saw one or two cockroaches once a while. I wish I could live here longer but have to move to another state. Great memories here for Arizona."

"I would not recommend living here. I lived here for over five years. When Sharon and Kelly managed the place it was great: quiet, clean and good tenants. Sharon and Kelly both left a couple years ago and since new management took over it's gone downhill. The bushes along the rear of the property are dying and garbage is routinely scattered along the ground around the dumpsters. Their screening of new tenants is lax and the newer people moving in don't meet the highest standards. My former neighbors have a dog that barks constantly when they're gone and one or both of them use weed. Yes. It's legal in Arizona now but the place is still a crime free/drug free housing complex. The new tenants don't care and the management doesn't care. If you have even moderately high standards and value your well-being and don't enjoy smelling weed wafting into your apartment, please look elsewhere."

"I lived here for two years and there were ups and downs. It is a good price for a good size, with washers and dryers in unit, and located near many grocery stores and restaurants. The first year, I wasn't very happy with management. The manager at the time, Sharon, was dismissive and sarcastic, and maintenance took forever. I had to call multiple times to get anything done, and the work wasn't good. Once Sharon left, things did get better. Maintenance got really quick for a while, and though it's slowed since then down a bit it's still better than before. Pest control isn't great, though, I've found caterpillars, whip scorpions, wasps, and fire ants in my apartment. Many times I requested pest control and was told they'd be there on a certain date only to have them not show. Part of the pest problem is due to the ditches in the back of the property flooding and overflowing when it rains and not draining. Overall it was a decent place to live, but highly dependent (as with any complex) on management."

"I lived there for many years, Sharon and Kelly are always nice and helpful with any needs you might have for your apartment. The place is safe, quiet and location is great! I never had issues and if something came up they will always be on top of things. Thank you ladies for your time and dedication!"

"I've lived here for about 4 months now and have only positive things to say. I highly recommend Kachina Springs. The rates are affordable. It's quiet. The property managers are SO helpful and responsive. Maintenance is great with repairs, they always come out right away. They even call you to make sure you're happy with the repair. Also, they are pet friendly."
