"This property management company collects their monthly fee and does very little to manage your property. Worse, they profess to look after the lessor's best interests but make major decisions without consulting you. In our case they removed our entire outdoor electrical lighting system valued @ $3000 with solar lights without our consent, approved an addendum to our lease which allowed the renters to put all of our inventory into storage without our knowledge, and allowed the lessee's to remove 2 of our TV's from our property. The TVs were never recovered when the lease ended. When it comes to maintenance and property repairs, AZ First also fails to deliver on several fronts. The vendors they use typically charge top dollar but do not always deliver quality work. In addition, AZ First demonstrated on several occasions that they do not check up on the quality of the work delivered by the vendors they hire. Worse yet, on several occasions the company was unable to come up with names of qualified vendors to do a job; in the end we had to do the research and provide them with a list of potential candidates (while we were paying them monthly management fees). At best, this firm's level of performance is mediocre. It is consistently slow in responding to emails and issues related to your property. I would not do business with them again."
