"This place is brand new so there aren't any of the run down, bug or mice issues. That is why I gave 3 stars. I cannot give more stars because site management is a mess to say the least. I rented a unit via phone. They were fabulous. I asked specifically when I rented if the rent is going to go up after a few months. The employee told me they have worked for them for years and they do not do that. Here I am 4 months after renting and they more than doubled my rent. I may move just because of nasty business practices. I can give my money to anyone. They should be honest and ethical."

"We have had a great experience with Extra Storage. The facility is clean and units are roomy. We love that we have access till 10pm. We love they have rolling carts to help with moving. The staff have been great, Erin and Renee. They are very prompt with answering questions and ensuring you have the best deal. Erin, store manager is a wonderful and helped us get the best deal on a storage unit. She was a delight to work with. Definitely recommend them for storage units."
