"I had such a pleasant experience buying a watch today from Jeanette. She has more knowledge on G Shocks than me and I’ve been wearing one for close to a decade. She is such a pleasant person to simply chat with. I connected with her immediately. She was so kind and down to earth. Thank you for all your help today Jeanette! Also, when Jeanette walked away for a minute to process my stuff, Skylar approached me and made sure I was taken care of. She answered questions on where I can take my son in the mall where he could hang out and play for a bit. She was super sweet and treated me like her customer even though I let her know Jeanette was taking care of me. Rocio was so kind to my baby boy. She walked over to help but also carried conversation with me and kept my son company at the same time. She put his favorite cartoon on her phone and made him feel very calm and comfortable which is not an easy task while at the mall. If I’m ever in this Macy’s again, I’ll definitely walk past yal to say hello. Thanks again ladies!"

"I was in Macy’s at the Galleria mall end of January to return a purchase. I was so lucky to have Ms.Essence Abner, the Estee Laurder Manager to help me with my return. Essence Abner was exceptionally helpful, professional and went above and beyond my expectations. My return was taken care of in minutes! "Let me tell you! I purchased 2 bottles of cologne and 1 bottle of perfume! Why did i find the same exact bottle of perfume somewhere else for 60 dollars cheaper?! I felt taken advantage of! Not to mention, they tried to sell me a bottle of cologne at 150 dollars that i found at Walmart for 90!! Do your research before buying here!!"

"I would just like to say that I love this Macy’s. I come here often for my perfumes and colognes Mario the manager and Susan are extremely nice always so helpful. They already know what I like what I want but even if I decide for something different. They’re so helpful so kind Out of the whole staff that’s there. These are the only two people that go above and beyond for customers and make you feel so welcome there. I would never shop at another Macy’s, and I’ve been to plenty of different stores and I refuse to buy perfume at any other location. This is the only location, especially when somebody knows you by your name or ask you how is your family doing it just is a great feeling to know I could even call on the phone and ask for something and they will do their best to help me. Mario is a great person and just because he’s a manager he doesn’t put himself on that pedestal that he’s better than anybody he is always there to help. Thank you Mario you’re amazing , excellent customer service. You’re such a kind soul Susan as well thank you guys."

"When we were at this Macy's in Henderson some time ago, it was understocked, under-serviced, unclean, and unpleasant to shop. Visiting here the other day, I was pleasantly surprised at the abundance of goods, the cleanliness of the store, and the adequate numbers of staff. There were lots of people in the store and generally speaking, it was pleasant shopping. My wife still can't find the clothes she's looking for, but her cosmetics are more than enough to have made her day. And guys, when she's happy, are we as well, right? REVIEW AT A"
