"Terrible service. I tried multiple times to view a home. Every time I tried my appointment would get moved. And then the one time I had an appointment the lady never showed and then tried to say they would give me the code for the lock never received it. Just a bad experience for a first time renter."

"In short, I've been to nicer yard sales with better service. Brenda and Arizona Housing Solutions have to be some of the worst property managers if not THE WORST I have ever encountered. I first encountered them in late 2013 as I was renting one of their properties next to a property I own in Skyline Country Club (which I'd rented out.) They were and are unresponsive, maintain filthy properties with damaged equipment, and fail to respond in a timely manner to maintenance requests or even emails. Currently, as I sit and type this review (from inside my property with doors and windows closed on a beautiful Friday afternoon with guests), we are listening to air-conditioning units from the property she manages that sound as if they are grinding up metal and polluting this quiet community with horrendous noise. Brenda was informed about this problem A WEEK AGO from myself and two other tenants who rent from her --and she has failed to fix or resolve this. In closing, I've been to nicer yard sales with better service."
