"If i could give zero stars I would. I dont think you can call this an apartment. I feel most of us would be better off living out of our vehicles. Terrible living conditions. I unfortunately did not listen to the reviews I read on here and moved in 1.5 years ago. a year into my lease I started to have an infestation of roaches. I was gaslight and the office staff attempted to blame me for this problem, ive lived on my own for almost 10years and have never had an infestation of any kind. I bought so many pet safe poisons and continued to get the run around from the office staff. I even asked what I could do better and was emailed pictures of an apartment that wasn't even mine, then when I pointed out what apartment I live in, I received attitude from the "Manager". I attempted to call Burns pest control to get answers about what to do. they told me because I didn't have a contract with them and the contract was with the apartment complex they were not able to speak with me on the topic. In these reviews you'll read about how much the water is turned off... my concern is how long ot takes to get hot water. It should not take 30+ minutes to get hot water. Maintenance came out after I emailed the Manger and did a maintenance request (came out a day later than i was told they were coming) and told me it sometimes takes him 40 minutes to get hot water. I've had my shower on for an hour and I still have ice cold water. WE PAY FOR THIS WATER. The bill is divided by how many ppl living here... we all pay for ths usage. When I bring my concerns to the office staff I get talked to like I do not know anything... gaslight constantly and talked down to like I'm an idiot. I'm far from dumb... and know what should and shouldn't be happening. DO BETTER. Edit to add comment after Reply by owner: I have attempted many times to work with the Property Manager. They know how to reach me and IF they haven't gotten ahold of me it is because they have not reached out."

"Absolutely do NOT lease here. Office management is by far the worst I have ever experienced. They are rude to no end, don’t listen, and are guaranteed to treat you like a criminal. They have no empathy, will falsely accuse you of anything they feel might stick to justify their poor treatment. Nothing ever gets fixed no matter how much you call or put in maintenance requests, the water is always off, and they have multiple types of infestations in every building, but don’t ask about help with it because they’ll accuse you of infesting your own place. I’ve had a giant hole in my ceiling for over two months, a broken dishwasher for 3 years, and no water from my kitchen faucet for over a year. They’ll charge you, fine you, then dare you to do something about it. They’ve even allowed people in without consent or even a warning. DONT LEASE HERE!!!!"

"I would like to thank Julia for being such a great community manager and the reason for me saying the time I applied for this apartment this complex she was really helpful and the assistant manager. Maintenance is amazing as well. If there's anything I need help with she told me to feel free that she has an open door policy, I have utilized it more than once, so I was writing to let you know that you have a great manager And team here."

"My Dad lived here for a few years and there were constant problems. There is a severe roach infestation. Water leaks that went unfixed, making the floors slippery (he used a walker and was a fall risk). The leaks caused so much mold that mushrooms were growing out from under his dry wall (see pic). The mold has been ignored for years. The constant water leaks meant that the water was often turned off and many tenants would go without water for long periods of time. The water issues were not the only thing; they apparently "lost" my dad's lease and increased his rent by $600 a month which really stressed him out. We had to argue and argue for months to get it fixed even though we had a copy of the signed lease to show them. After 4 stressful and time consuming months of over-charging my dad, they finally fixed it. The worst part about this entire situation is that about 2 weeks ago, my dad wasn't answering his phone calls, which was really unusual, so when we went to his house to check on him. His door was locked and he wasn't answering, which never happens because we check on him all the time, he had leukemia. When we went to the office to let them know we had an emergency and to please let us in, they refused. They said we were not on his emergency contact list, but we knew we were because we were with my dad when he added us to his account. We had to break the window to get in and check on my dad. Unfortunately, he had passed away and we were too late to help him. Not only was it awful that they didn't let us in an emergency situation when they knew he had cancer, my adult nephew who broke the window to check on my dad, had to go get stitches. When we went back a couple days later to clean my dad's apartment and move his belongings out, they had let a glass company in to fix the window without our permission. They would not let us in during a life or death emergency, but they let an unsupervised third party in to fix the window, that was already securely boarded up. When I went into the office to discuss this, the lady in the office said, it didn't matter if we let you in or not, because your dad was already dead. My sister started crying and this point and the lady rolled her eyes. The lack of compassion and help is profound. When we asked why the let the glass company in unsupervised, they told me they received permission to enter from my brother. We called my brother on speaker phone right there in the office and he said he definitely did not give them permission to enter. Not only did they not save the info that we were emergency contacts, they wouldn't let us in during a life or death emergency, they then let an unsupervised third party in to the apartment, then lied about getting permission. We have left multiple messages for Julia, the manager and Robin Gaines at corporate. All we want is to make sure they are not going to charge us for this window and return our deposit owing to their error. Why won't you guys call me back? I am being calm and reasonable but it seems like you guys really don't care about your tenants."

"Where to begin? The office staff is just downright rude and disrespectful. They lose packages and have zero customer service. They had a great team, but great apparently doesn’t belong here. Maintenance- you better hope nothing breaks or you know how to fix it. It’ll take weeks or be done haphazardly. Roaches will eat you alive. Keep plenty of water on hand at all times. It will turn off unexpectedly and at least four times a month. Expect a maze when walking down the breezeway. You’ll be weaving in and out of grills, planters, rocking chairs- any possible object that is forbidden. If you’re disabled you stand no chance of getting out alive if a fire were to break out. And if you need weed just use your nose. It’s all around you. *Gaines I’ve called you repeatedly with concerns and you have the office call me- if they fixed the issues I wouldn’t have called you! Think about it. Edit- my review is hardly anonymous. I’ve discussed everything in this review with management and shown them these same exact pictures. The only new issue is your rude, incompetent staff refused to open my fathers door during a medical emergency and he died as a result of it. While discussing this your assistant manager she rolled her eyes at me and was very dismissive and lacked empathy. This office is literally killing people."
