"Worked with The Laura Rivera Team with Long Realty. They where recommended by family members and got to work with Joiel Goerke as soon as we where ready to buy our first home. Joiel helped us understand the market and picked some great homes to see right away. It was on our first outing that we found our home. Offer was sent and we closed in 30 days. The process was smooth and Joiel was always available to answer our questions and took great care of the process. Thank you Joiel."

"On Friday may 22nd at 11:00am a listing had came up and I contacted my realtor that moment to look at the property. Andres Fernando Malo was the realtor representing the seller. Eager to purchase this home I had sent my mother with my younger sister to go meet with my wonderful realtor Tony Castro. I’m currently living at a co workers home due to covid 19 since I work in the medical field and need to keep everyone around me safe. I arranged for my mom and my realtor to meet since I was waiting on my managers ok to leave and see the home. We were the first ones in line to see it. Since the seller had someone there doing some last touch ups they made us wait till 3:00 to view the home and at that time I had met my mom and sister plus my realtor to view the home. I fell in love with the home and put in a offer above asking price same day right away as I did not want to loose my chance at this home. Tony my realtor Called and texted Fernando to follow up. All of this took place same day Friday May 22nd. On Saturday May 23rd at 1:30 am, Andres M. Notified my realtor he had received the offer. My realtor revived a call later on at 1:50pm the saying that we would get a counter offer sent. He promised to send the counter offer immediately. After eagerly waiting 3 hours later he not calls, but text my realtor that they got a counter accepted from a buyer that had originally rejected the house. As a first time home buyer my heart was beyond broken when Tony broke the news to me. I was the first in line and loved the home the second it was listed. I could tell it was really hard for Tony Castro to break the new. I researched Andres M and was surprised that he claims such honesty with people. I was the first in line from the get go and I was the first to be promised a counter. If he had someone already lined up, I would of appreciated that disclosure from the get go. This was a loss of time to me and my realtor. As single woman who at one point was homeless, just the fact that worked so hard that I’m actually at the point where I’m looking for a home is a big emotional deal to me. Buying this home would have been the biggest purchase of my life. I would have been the first in my family to own my own home. I have worked extremely hard and my hopes were so high. When I read about Andres M. I was happy to know he was a father and a advocate for the Latino community. My dreams were crushed do to his unfair games. I work at a rehabilitation facility, and as an essential worker in the medical field it’s beyond difficult to take time off and look for a home. I went out of my way to get the time off. I learned that Being the “first in line” does not matter in his eyes. Please Andres do not advocate that you are for the people and willing to help when the last comment you have my realtor was “the papers are signed and we cannot go against that”. You do not promise a young woman or anyone for that matter a chance at anything and rip it away. With tears falling from my eyes as I write this please do not ever do this again to anyone. It is beyond heartbreaking. The worst part is the listing is still up."

"We met Melissa Tribolet at a open house. We later called her to show us several homes and made several offers until we were finally successful. Melissa was top notch to work with and very knowledgeable. She stayed by us and helped in getting contractors to repair several items. We would work with no one else and would highly recommend her to everyone. She is a first class Realtor!! Orlo & Judi Rellinger"

"I have heard of horror stories when it comes to restate companies but our experience with Long Realty couldn’t have been better! We walked into this location, pretty much by chance and immediately met Nancy Velasco. My husband and I greatly recommend Nancy, in particular, as a personal realtor. She not only has a list of amazing professional qualities (punctual, dedicated, proactive and more) but she also truly cares about us as people. She was not pushy or aggressive in the slightest, which is what most people on commission might do. She respected our every last decision and preferences on each house. She was honest when it came to each home’s flaws. Nancy showed real dedication when she would give us house alerts/updates at our strange hours of the day (we work nights!) or when she would take time to show us a home at last minute. I found her comforting and reassuring the whole processes of buying our first home, especially because she always has something kind and positive to say. She advocated for us the each step, working tirelessly to save us that last bit of money. She ended up saving us thousands of dollars by getting our closing costs covered and working out a deal with our seller. If the goal of Long Reality is to enhance the quality of life for residents in Arizona, then Nancy has done this job plus above and beyond her expectations!"
