"I’ve lived at oliv for two years now and can’t say anything bad about it. Any maintenance ive needed has been quick and communicative. The management has improved so much in the past year and does a good job with everything. The events that are run are always fun and very loved by all the residents. Front desk staff is very helpful and make oliv very inviting. The location and views can’t be beat. I love living at oliv and I can’t wait for my third year!"

"I really liked living here for almost 2yrs. It feels like home with the amazing staff and reachable management. I even enjoy the activities offered as it is a great opportunity to make new friends and get to know other residents. The study rooms are one of my favs beside the spectacular rooftop view. I truly recommend requesting a tour and checking out the beautiful amenities!"

"In a 2x2 and the amenities they offer here are amazing, they have in my opinion the best rooftop pool of all the high rises on campus and a nice sauna and hot tub on the 3rd floor. The actual apartment that we moved into however had tons of problems that should not occur for the amount the rent cost here. The apartment was not clean when we moved in (hair in bathroom, dirty floor, etc). Also the maintenance takes forever here. It took 2 weeks for them to fix the hot water in my shower when I moved in. Other than that the location is great, the management is just horrible."

"I’ve lived in oliv since last August and I renewed as soon as I could. The amenities are great and it’s so close to campus this is the perfect apartment for anyone! They have awesome events for the residents and make living here great."
