"The apartment cheaps out on your AC so they bought a huge AC for the entire complex. It is horrible, makes my home unlivable from 12 to 6pm everyday in the summer because of the heat. The AC intake is also placed in a bedroom so it's too loud to sleep in. Dumb design, basically made my 2b1b unit an 1bed apt. There are better options out there. Stay away! +1 star for the maintenance and management team, but the apartment itself gets 1 star. Photo: 85F inside at 5pm in late July, AC full blast. Don't let the "free utilities" fool you, I'd rather pay more to live in my home rather than having to stay in the office till 6pm so it's cool enough to live in my house."

"This apartment complex, theoretically, is a dream come true. Near the U of A, plenty of local restaurants, and decent part of town. But as soon we moved in, everything went downhill from there. For starters, you can't control the AC and the heat. If it's cold out, then too bad, you don't get to heat your apartment until they say you can. We tried to buy space heaters, but if you use more than one at once, the electricity doesn't work anymore! Second, the walls are extremely thin, and we could constantly hear our problematic neighbors next door... Third, construction workers in the area would sometimes harass us and we couldn't avoid it or them. Fourth, if your neighbors smoke, you can smell it! I will say that the apartment manager, Zach, was wonderful and made living here slightly better. Zach gets 5 stars, the apartment complex gets 2."
