"Multiple tenants currently without working AC. Have been for a while now. Retaliatory evictions (also likely illegally handled evictions.) Management employee sleeping around and doing drugs with tenants. Would not recommend."
"This apartment area is one of the most worst places to live at I do not recommend staying here at all. It has a roach infestation that they never helped to get rid of. There is mold in our bathroom that we’ve asked for help to get rid of. They have horrible maintenance. They have shut the water off and won’t turn it on even if asked. The employees here are very very rude. A lot of items we have had never been fixed at all no matter how many times we asked them for help. If I could rate this less then a zero I would. Again do not ever come to live here."
"Their under new management so maybe they will take pride in this place and get rid of the roaches and rats. Maybe they will clean up the dog park. Not sure where the gym is like they said they have. The pools are nasty. You get what you pay for BEWARE"
"I've had issues since the day I moved in but this takes the cake. My bathroom ceiling fell on me sat 7/24/21 I showed them pics / gave them a piece of moldy material same day. They still haven't even showed up to look at it or fix it and we are still in this mold infested apartment with a huge hole in the ceiling. Finally showed up to fix the issue 8/3/21. 10 days after it fell on me and said they were gonna spray for mold etc after tearing it down but never happened. Maintenance also said they were removing almost a 6ft × 3ft section and when they did it only replaced about 2ft × 3ft section."
"At a price of 528 for a studio apartment, I really expected this place to be ghetto. I was wrong. It's clean, quiet, and surprisingly nice. I got a nice corner spot overlooking the clubhouse and the pool. I've had no issues with any utilities or neighbors. No bugs. Everyone is polite and quiet. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone with a limited income. They staff are great too!"
