"My son rented from this place for about 2 years. He had a very large hole in his ceiling that leaked into the apartment for over a year. They didn't fix it til I threatened calls to the health department and whoever else I could think of. They tried to get him to stay by offering the wifi. This after they got bedbugs from the evicted neighbors. They assured me he would get his whole deposit back due to the issues lived with for so long and making us pay for the exterminator! He has been in his new place for many months. He has not yet received ANY of his deposit monies. I think it's time for some legal action. Be prepared."
"Good experience, the property manager is friendly and is on top of his stuff. Wiffii works 95% of the time on my fire stick and like 80% of the time on my I pad but it’s better than paying for my own. The lay out is comfortable and they got a good pest control deal going. The maintenance guy is friendly. It close the the mall and quite a few shopping centers. I just can’t wait till they set up online payments so I don’t have to do money order anymore. But it’s been a comfortable experience so far."
"Smoking weed is not allowed and owner and property management does not do anything when the smell of weed ia strong during the day. The Wi-Fi is very very very unreliable and they will still make you pay for it if you cancel the Wi-Fi. They say that they will finish the apartment and they have not finished. We still have things that need to be done but they have not done anything just under 3 weeks."
"Manager lied about a 100 $ refundable hold fee, & kept it. She was very rude when I asked her why she lied to me. Lied to me on credit check. I would not recommend this place at all."
"Manager has constantly liying to me.She is rude with tenants. She is just a bully I have lived here for 4 years. I am so done with this place and I plan on moving out only because of Maritsa the property manager!"
