"I used to live there back in the 80's in 102 a and loved it. Never had any problems. My little apt I had was awesome.. the Mgr name back then was Cookie. Her daughter was my neighbor, and she was awesome too."
"These apartments have went from a drug set to a nice quiet little community. All the rift raft has been removed from here. There are no roaches and haven't seen any mold. They are a little small but good enough for a couple. The guy who managed the place before was letting anyone in just to fill an apt. Cathy has taken over for about a year now. She has done an excellent job cleaning up this place. She is very good at her job. I have had not one problem with her. If you pay your rent or keep in touch with her and follow what little rules there are then there isn't a cause for any problems. I would recommend these apts."
"living here now! Got a new manager for the office and she is understaning and so much more nicer then the last guy that was here. She is way better at her job and the new maintenance is great they stay on top of peoples needs"
"I lived here for 10 months. Paid late feed of $85 plus $5 a day. They wanted to up it to $50 a day. That was around month 7 or so outside of my lease. Come to find out it was $25 plus $5 per day. All managers there show frustration, when they professionally should have held it in. I moved out based on the negative vibes management and some of the tenants. I would go with your next option on the list and save yourself some major hassel."
"Wow , called to get a bit more information on moving in and finding an apartment and CATHY was not in a good mood at all. Ive never received so much attitude and been talked to so rudely before wasting my time and calling broadway inn. After seeing the google reviews I WOULD NEVER BOTHER SPENDING MY TIME HERE. Get a better manager, cathy is negatively affecting the complex and IT IS SHOWING."
