"DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you enjoy living with roaches and bugs. The roaches are every where here, bathrooms, kitchen, dishwasher, cabinets and pool area. The management DOES NOT care about their renter's. They allow rude and noisy people to distrub others. You're better off somewhere else! Please think twice before moving here."
"The laundry room has old machines and some don't always work well. The very small gym is only open during office hours. The water seems to get shut off too often for "repairs". The apartments are average but livable. Most of the neighbors are quiet and a few are friendly. The complex is a safe place to live."
"Worst place I’ve ever lived. The roach problem was so bad the EPA had to be called. I’ve been trying to get ahold of old management for the past 6 months regarding my deposit and have had no response. The fire alarm would go off all hours of the night. The resident living below me would always get in fights with different men in the middle of the parking lot. Hopefully new management is better and makes some serious changes but if it’s anything like it was when I lived there then run.."
"Current resident--- The "hot" tub hasn't worked since I moved in 2020. There's other complaints that have lowered this property to 2 stars but my last review must've been deleted. All I want is to sit in warm water when I pay $930+ a month but... here I am, freezing in my hot tub. The discount they offer you for moving in is a trap, keep looking. ✊️ I'll change my review if they decide to fix this hot tub. ** NEW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. HOT TUB GOT FIXED. Hopeful for many more improvements. NOW 3 STARS** Oh, and the entire complex also had our water shut off for an entire week last august/September 2022. We also have someone in our laundry room to stop fire alarms from going off because it happens so constantly. (Read the reviews, Im pretty sure Brandon and Monica used to work here lol)"
