"My wife and I have lived at the Campbell Ranch Apartments for nearly eight years now and: We wanted to live in the ‘outskirts’ of town, and we do, we are directly across from the University (the farm) quiet, peaceful, beautiful grounds, green grass, tall, mature trees, flowers – lots of birds, ( humming birds especially), butterflies and critters. We are use to a quiet life style, that being said –apartment living is “communal living”, different for us. Thanks to Patty, our great manager, the office staff and maintenance team, we are calling Campbell Ranch Apartments our home. Patty is a professional as well as kind, considerate and compassionate – a hard worker who is “dedicated to making Campbell Ranch Apartments a nice place to live”… she always does her best to help you with your concerns, and is making Campbell Ranch Apartments beautiful, safe and secure; as well as a supportive “community”… where we help and support each other. Come, look and see for yourself . . . Joy & Joyus"

"Don’t move in here! And if you do make them write down EVERYTHING they say and promise you, especially the property manager. Multiple times I would meet with her in person and she would tell me one thing and then later either not follow through or just flat out deny what she said to me. Treated me like a criminal after my bank account was compromised and my rent payment didn’t process correctly. They also would regularly raise rent by significant margins and justify the value went up and they were making improvements. The most major improvement they made to the property was re doing the staffs offices and reception area. AGAIN I RECOMMEND LOOKING ELSEWHERE for housing housing needs"

"I lived at Campbell Ranch about 10 years ago and I loved my apartment. If you aren’t clean and don’t keep your drains closed, you get roaches, if you run your ac so low that the unit freezes up, it prob doesn’t work? I don’t really know what any of these people are complaining about. The pools are heated, you can do laundry. They have brick walls so it’s less noise than other places. The reason there’s a lot of dogs and kids is because there’s a playground and the river trail nearby. These reviews are harsh AF. People need to live other places then maybe they would be grateful to have had their apartment at Campbell Ranch."

"My move in day was less than positive, many issues, but that is not necessary to share. What is to be shared is; The manger (Patty) and office team (Carlos, specifically) worked diligently, and with urgency to rectify issues and concerns. By working with them, and the maintenance team (Frank and other team members) all issues and concerns, are no longer. A very special “thank you” and if you’re looking to relocate to this area, I highly suggest this community ‘Campbell Ranch on Roger’ …… A dedicated, and excellent staff of workers."
