"I stayed at the mountain adobe villages, for months, and am still bragging about them. They are clean, no bugs, but also nice and modern. I don't know what these "run down" comments are about but the one I stayed in, while visiting my father, was very nice."

"This was a good place for several years. The current management does not keep it up. Phone calls are not answered. Security is ignored. Fencing is falling down."

"I lived at mountain adobe apartments for five years. The place is run down. In five years we’ve had five different property managers. The units have a terrible pest problem that the owner will not address after many requests. I had to take matters into my own hands and call a pest control company. It cost me 75 bucks every time pest control came out to spray. But it was useless because my unit had huge gaps on all doors which made it easy for pest to get in. Thus spraying was useless. The only reason I stayed for so long is because the rent was under 900 per month. Cheap. If you don’t want to live in a roach infested place keep looking. This place is owned by a slumlord."
