"I’ve reached out to the administration multiple times and never receive return phone calls. Every time I’ve called to speak with Sara who is the highest in charge at the Parker, I’m told she’s out of the building. We’ve had a few issues and every issue was a struggle to get resolved. I’m actually shocked at all of the positive reviews. The whole experience has been a total disappoint. I’ve never written a negative review on any social media platform. Ever ! The experience has been so terrible that I felt it was imperative to share the experience with other parents. I believed all the positive reviews was a good indication The Parker was going to be a great experience. Overpriced, poorly maintained and zero accountability by the administration."
"I have had the best experience living at the Parker!! The staff is so friendly and does everything in their power to take care of us and make our time here memorable. I’m so thankful!!"
"I have lived here for two years now and can see how much worse the Parker has gotten in a year. I have had at least three instances of random adults in my apartment before 9am doing some kind of work. The pool has never been heated and the hot-tub works half the time. I also got locked out of my apartment and called the lockout number 7 times and never got anyone to answer or call back. The place is clean and the macitence team is fast and helpful."
"This is my second year living here and I loved it last year, however I am not as impressed this year as I was last year. I got locked out of my bedroom recently and called the lockout number over 10 times and was locked out for 12 hours. I never got a call back and had to reach out to a friend that used to work here and they contacted one of the workers and then they came to unlock my door. It is a nice building however the pool is always busy and the maintenance can take a bit. The workers are all very nice though and do their best to help when they can."
"Living here has been great. The staff is incredibly friendly and the maintenance crew is very fast and responsive. It also helps that the location is great and classes are all walking distance. While it may be expensive which is my main issue I do enjoy living here and think it’s a great place to live."
