Echo Luxury Apartments

"If you are looking at renting here DO NOT I am a current resident and have been without adequate hot water for 5 days now and zero compensation will be given to us residents per Chamberlain and associates. I was informed this morning that due to a part that was "supposedly" ordered and to be shipped over night on Tuesday still has not made its way to the complex on top of the fact that maintenance team is turning off what hot water heats up when they leave at 4 pm so those of us who work in a hospital around Covid and hiv along with God knows what can not come home and bath accordingly per the CDC guidelines. So if I catch Covid and I die my children have a wrongful death lawsuit to file since I am not able to come to my home where I pay over 1200 a month for a 1 bd 1 bth apartment and not clean myself this appalling there is no communication until the last minute and I can prove all of this wait until the news channels hear about this."

"My balcony looks structural run down and no attention was paid to it during "renovations". The toilet doesn't flush properly and management did not take my maintenance request seriously. My washing machine was flooding the unit below me. The gates aren't functioning and homeless people wander through the area. It makes me feel unsafe and wishing I hadn't moved here. Be warned that you are paying for what you get-a barely renovated old complex with unresponsive management with no after hours support. My neighbor had the cops called on her multiple times and I had to give statements to the cops yet management wasn't responsive for months on her eviction. I see a parole officer on the property multiple times a week. The hot tub is not functioning and growing black mold, the fitness center is actually the leasing office. They locked the pool without notifying the tenants. And have many many last minute requests to move vehicles to complete renovations, and haven't installed the gates to the parking lot. Management has changed multiple times since I moved in and they seem to just get worse somehow. Every single time they get a new property manager they have "water emergency shutoffs" and notify the tenants after 5pm, even though both plumbers I spoke to informed me they were let go after telling the property owner that THE ENTIRE PLUMBING system should be replaced and the owner refused. He has multiple lawsuits in the state of new York regarding his inability to manage rental properties. The management staff also apparently bribes people to remove their google reviews so lets see what I can get. Worst place I've ever lived. Do not move here."

"I absolutely love this apartment. They have just renovated everything and are near a lot of eating places and shopping centers. I greatly appreciate Natalie for doing exceedingly above and going over and beyond for me as I moved in. She is nice, informative, accommodating, and extremely helpful over the phone. I would recommend this apartment and shoutout to Natalie for everything she has done!"

"I definitely recommend leasing at Echo. I toured over 10 apartment complexes before finally deciding to move here, and it was the best decision for sure. Carolina and the crew who manage the property are really attentive and just friendly overall. They made the move in process super easy and living here has been stress free thus far. They built out a huge community space outside with pergolas and it's my favorite spot to "work from home". 10/10 property"

"Extremely disappointed with my stay at Echo Luxury Apartments. Not only did a tree fall into my unit, causing extensive damage and putting my safety at risk, but the management's response was absolutely unacceptable. Despite the inconvenient and hazardous situation, they refused to provide any assistance or compensate me with a hotel stay. Their lack of empathy and disregard for their tenants' well-being is truly disheartening. I would strongly advise against staying at Echo Luxury Apartments if you value your safety and expect fair treatment from your accommodation provider"
