Villas Las Naranjas is a vibrant community located at 1345 South Kolb Road in Tucson, Arizona. Our beautifully landscaped property offers a variety of floorplans to choose from, including Studio, 1, and 2 bedrooms, as well as townhomes with 2 or 3 bedroom options. Located in East Tucson, we are conveniently situated across the street from Eastpoint Marketplace, providing easy access to restaurants and shopping.

Please note that water and sewer, garbage removal, and monthly pest control are not included in the monthly rental fee. Tenants are responsible for utilities such as power, home phone, and cable. Additionally, due to housing laws, we must limit the number of tenants per unit.
To move in, a non-refundable moving fee of $350.00 is required, and there is no security deposit. The application fee is $45 per person or $65 per couple.

"The apartments have vastly improved since Greenwater took over the complex. I like the upgrades including new exterior paint, windows, and outdoor playground or gym equipment. The staff in the office are professional and polite and the maintenance workers are great as well."
"I've been here for about 8 months as of writing this. The location is very good, especially if you don't own a car. The staff have been polite and helpful the whole time I've been here. I haven't had much cause to talk to my neighbors in the complex but they've been very friendly in my few interactions. Overall I have little to say because I have very few complaints, and I've never dreaded coming home in my time here."
"RUN….. This place is infested with roaches and rats. In one month I caught 36 rats in my apartment. Management sends the landscapers to set down sticky traps and says that all the can do. This whole property should be condemn. It’s should be illegal to rent here. On top of everything else their whole plumbing system is messed up my upstairs shower would leak tons of water to my downstairs guest bathroom. I would have to put buckets down before anyone could shower. They would say they fixed it but never did and the property manager is the most rudest vile person I have ever met in my life. Run run run away, it would be healthier and cleaner to live in your car. For real."
"If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would. We moved in around July fourth 2023 and when we first started moving our things in we noticed a huge infestation of roaches. We called and no one did anything about it so we bought our own poison to try and take care of it but nothing has helped so far. Fast forward to the middle of November and we suddenly have a mouse infestation. We’ve caught four in less than 24 hours and the only thing the office could tell us is that an exterminator will be here in a week. My best advice to anyone interested in renting here: it would be better to be homeless than to rent here and deal with incompetence and mice."
