"Manager is awesome, repairs get done in a timely manner. She is courteous and knowledgeable has a good relationship with tenants and manages staff well."
"The solution was fairly quick, as the sliding door of the balcony was adjusted to the correct height, and the latch to close the door was squared as it should be. I would also like to comment on the previous experience I had with the thermostat. The help was fast and effective, Brenda and all her team were very proactive and kind, and the solution was given in record time. Thanks again! :)"
"Alexis and Brenda were amazing from start to finish! I moved here from out of state and they made the process such a smooth transition. They are extremely kind and always helped out with the million questions that I had. "I love this little gated community within the greater community of East Tucson. The staff has always been professional, friendly, very helpful. The condo I live in is more than perfect for me, a three bed room. I have not met a fellow resident that wasn’t very friendly and often greets me first. My immediate neighbors are so nice and our location is close to places of business I frequent. The maintenance and ground crews are skilled and respond promptly. The place is also beautiful."
