"I moved out in October of 2022 and can say this place is a ses pit. Drugs are everywhere. Management are slum lords and do not care who they move in. Please if you can do not move here it is just plain dangerous."
"I have lived at Royal Palms for 5 years. They are never on top of repairs and they do the bare minimum in regards to pest control. They made me fail my section 8 inspection because they had not taken care of the bed bugs for 3 months. Bed bugs are now spreading around these apartments. I know for a fact that everyone in the E building has bed bugs now, even people with clean spotless apartments. The land lord is rich and doesn’t care about those of us living here in the hood. Sometimes there is sewage in the parking lot, and it smells like human waste around here for the next couple weeks whenever that happens. So think twice before renting here, do you really want to deal with all these problems?"
"I have been dealing with roaches for a year now, and bed bugs for 3 whole months. I am very clean, but the whole building is infested. It is so bad, that they live permanently in the walls. The pipes are old and terrible and sewage spills into the parking lot, so fighting roaches is an uphill battle here unfortunately. The Land lord does not answer my calls or emails. I have heard from many neighbors that the management does not care about taking care of these apartments at all."
