"They shut off water random times and expect full rent. No parking and they will tow your car if you park anywhere else."

"The apartment management and maintenance staff are incredibly nice and helpful. My problems were usually resolved within 48 hours. I had a good experience here but ultimately decided to leave due to mounting issues. Parking is a nightmare. Also, Because the complex is close to a mountain, we expect wild life but in the past few months it’s been worse. Packs of coyotes constantly out and about hunting. It use to be 1 or 2 at night but now it’s a pack of 8 or more running around all day even loose in the dog park. Javelinas too. It makes me nervous walking my dog or when I come home at night. A neighbor was stuck in their apartment because a pack of coyotes wouldn’t leave their front lawn. Water turning off and on is still an issue but they are in the middle of repairing old pipes so hopefully in 2024 this won’t be a problem. The newly renovated bathrooms are kind of a joke. They sprayed paint in the shower and tubs that stain and chip badly and then you’ll get charged for it when you leave.crime has also been increasing since we are next to a shopping complex. I really enjoyed my apartment, but these issues for the price isn’t worth it."

"I’ve lived here for 3 years, in a 1 bedroom, a 2 bedroom, and a townhouse. I’ve looked at other complexes several times, and Park Place remains the best value in Tucson. The units are spacious, and the interiors are extremely nice. The leasing staff goes above and beyond. Maintenance is timely, helpful, and friendly. Quite side of town, 5 minutes to La Encantada, and 15 minutes from downtown or the U of A. I really can’t recommend this place enough."

"When it rains water pools at the front door and when contacted about the issue we were told it's an old building built in the 70s and that they will leak and then refused to fix the issue. Then I am also held responsible for water damage because they are refusing to fix the issue and I can't be home every time it rains to put a towel down because of work and even if we tried it would be hard to leave because once we open the door to leave the towel will no longer be in front of the door. They need to do their jobs and be held responsible for fixing leaking doors which is a problem at this apartment complex. They are more willing to let me break my lease and move along with refunding deposits then to fix the leaking door! Since I don't want to move out I am stuck with a door that leaks every time it rains."

"I must start right off by telling the world how much I LOVE living at Park Place Apartments in Tucson Arizona. Not only do I adore my newly renovated, open living concept kitchen and living space, I have to add that they used beautiful marble countertops and halogen track lighting as well. Stainless steel appliances but my one serious complaint is no icemaker. Ha! Lucky me, I have Western exposure, so it keeps down on cooling costs and I can enjoy the bright light from my unusual Spanish style windows that illuminates the wonderful, old style, brick and mortar exterior walls. Insulation wise, one cannot get much better than that. My apartment is a two bedroom, two bath with a most generous master suite including glass sliders out to a modest patio that also connect to the kitchen/living area. Very fun! Just two short steps and I am already pouring my iced coffee. In addition to all that, I have my own washer and dryer. The floors are all redone in in Mill Point Carson Gray Wood Plank Ceramic Tile. Not only is, this type of foooring extremely chic asthetically, it is an absolute pleasure to walk on. Solid, no creaks like cheep tongue and groove manufactured "hard wood floors" and I also believe it retains a cool temperature. As for the grounds, there are two pools, an enormous fully enclosed dog park, (Park Place LOVES dogs), stone walkways between the various buildings themselves, making it easy to visit your neighbors or just go for a walk. A club house, gym and mail stations. In addition to that, the location is ideal. Everything you could possibly need is just minutes away. So, now that I have said all that, let me get to the Staffing themselves. In a nutshell, they're D'BOMB! We have Caesar, Sarah, Marcella, and Julia, in the office and they are there to take care of your needs in any way possible. I must say, since I have been here, they have granted every single request I have made and then some. In other words, 110%! They have always gone above and beyond. Furthermore, not only is the office crew professional, friendly and funny as all get-up, I consider them friends as well. I love to pop into the office, on occasion, just to say hello and share some laughter. I know sometimes I drive them nuts but they never say so and tolerate me with kind words and a smile even though they are busy as hell. I have never once felt unwelcome by this wonderful group. Next, we have the maintenance staff, beginning with a new Foreman named Barry. Let me tell you, this guy knows his stuff and runs a tight ship which was much needed when I first moved in. What a great guy. Second in line, on maintenance, is Richard, my own personal favorite! Sorry, Barry. :) Richard is the consummate professional and, like Barry, boy does he work hard. Not only that, but he is one of those special and rare people who has a keen understanding and appreciation for life and the human heart. Richard is a treasure. So let me please just finish in saying that it is not all the fancy amenities, or even my super swank apartment (that I really want to buy) that makes me love living here, it is all the fantastic people I just mentioned. They are like a family and they have graciously welcomed me in. Thanks, Guys & Gals! You make all the difference in the world to me. Sincerely, Alice H Tully Disabled Veteran"
