"Two star only because dog barking loud from hours 4-6 pm at dog park. Non stop barking and it’s annoying. I don’t know if this could be reported. Walls are thin you can hear everything. I’m fine with dogs but everyday at the same time. People have online class, work and babies sleeping. And dogs poop on side walks and most walking paths. Idk if there’s nothing being done about this."
"I stopped by to tour the apartments and I met Lindsey in the front office. She was so sweet and patient with me. Answered all my questions, showed me around the complex, gave me all the information I needed. She was very easy to talk to and broke down the process. Super friendly and helpful."
"I’ve been house hunting for a while. This would be my first apartment after nursing school so I’m picky. I called the complex and spoke to a Lindsey. She was extremely insightful, very kind and answered all my questions! One of the most helpful and cheerful apartment guides."
"The walls are paper thin! You can hear your neighbors through the walls. There’s a biker gang that has a Harley Davidson that cracks up at all hours! You can’t start a Harley Davidson up at the lani kai in florida after 10 pm but you can here. Ive reported them to the aclu, because they threaten to evict you if you produce sound to muffle out the loud noise that this complex inherits. They rent an apartment to amr abulance service who bring their ambulance into the complex parking lot it has an industrial construction revers siren that Blares every evening. If you’re black, don’t play hip-hop music because the manager will bang on your door so loud that they break the screen soldering completely ruining the integrity of the security door! How would you feel every time you move your floor creeks? I feel completely ghettoized. Every time I take a step, my neighbors hear it. It motivates them to grab their surfboard and jump on my wave."
"I love my new apartment. The staff is great! I put in a work order, less than an hour later and Sam was there and repaired everything. Thank you Sam and Alterra Staff for being so prompt. So far I love my decision to move here."
