"Rude staff it's cold outside I'm waiting for my battery to get changed on my door. Maintenance manager was nice. Girl in office was snippy. If you can't handle customers get out of this field!"

"Once a great property. Now its a giant question mark. I have spoken to a few residents of other greenwater properties they all say the same thing. Negative reviews are for the most part spot on. Management goes on regular powertrips about benign stuff. Many problems persist and are unresolved and likely will go unresolved until property is sold. Greenwater loves to spend the residents money on truly dumb projects instead of fixing what needs to be fixed. Free advice to all residents of ANY greenwater property. DO NOT make any repairs to your unit on your own. Do not even change the HVAC filters. If you break it they will make you pay for it."

"Does greenwater investments need to set up a donation box as well? Cause for all the utilities they’re charging, the apartments would be in way better condition. Does the owner have a cash app? Cause if he’s struggling, let us know."

"1, You need to pay $25 to get your blinds replaced. 2, If you locked yourself out, they charge you $50 to open the door for you. The front office has your key, and they don't open the door for you for free. It is written in the lease agreement, so be careful. 3, Since greenwater took this property, they had several management team and they mixed up all the keys from different apartments. So if they can't open your door, they will have to change the locker and charge you $50. 4, They only sugar coating the apartments, and the AC is extremely old and not efficient at all. You will need to pay around $200 for electricity bill from a 50ish apartment in the summer. 5, They can ask the maintance guy to take pics of every corner of your apartments without your permission, and they will tell you when you sign the lease, you agreed to release your apartments picture or video. 5, The owner is not willing to pay a penny for the apartments maintenance, so you need to read the lease really carefully and pay attention to those tricky part."

"Currently starting the eighth month as a resident at Huntington Park and I have some things to say. The location of the property is very conveniently located in East Tucson right of the Speedway Blvd, with theft prevention gates around the whole property from residents protection and security. I like that. The presentation of the property has improved each month I’ve noticed, in the 8 months there’s been a wicked cool playground constructed and has been played on since- its really cool. The pool enclosure has had major upgrades with grills and just overall presentation with the cement architecture that added dimension and character. Also the apartments themselves are renovated and having new appliances installed, floor, carpet, paint. It looks and feels great to live in. Regarding experiences involving management or maintenance; the individuals that are apart of the Huntington Park crew are fine and kind people. They are real people in the sense that, I care to greet as I pass by and I’m always meet with a kind greeting in return. The maintenance circumstances that required addressing by their crew, were swift recoveries with pleasant interactions when there was communications. I’d like to address the previous reviews regarding this apartment complex and hope that using a few minutes from my morning to share my personal ‘review’ of this Apt. complex with change the algorithm of their status for the sake of individuals like myself that currently want affordable living and the ability to trust the Apt management and maintenance. I am grateful to have found this place when I was looking for a place to stay. Good luck to all!"
