"I recently moved into this apartment community, and I have been thoroughly impressed with the experience so far. The manager has been proactive in addressing any maintenance issues promptly. She takes the time to follow up and ensure that everything is resolved. Overall, my experience with this apartment community has been exceptional! The staff’s friendly demeanor and attentive nature have made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home. You will not be disappointed."

"Over priced rent plus it is not gated thieves can easily break in to your cars. The laundry area is not safe as well. Other people or tenants can steal your laundry. This is not a safe a apartment not recommendable plus super over priced."

"At lease signing I had to initial a part that said we would be responsible if we brought in bed bugs! I questioned that and was told by Pam and I quote “we’ve never had no problems it’s just standard on a lease”! Well guess what? Our bedroom was infested! My friend came over shortly after we moved and used my room to get ready for the pool! She mentioned that our room had a musty odor but it was only in there! I chalked it up to it being older. Suddenly my husband has this horrible rash but I don’t so for three months we couldn’t figure out what was wrong with him and of course he wouldn’t go to the dr. Finally my friend (sane one) let her toddler spend the night with us and go swimming! She was bit all over and her grandmother recognized it! We spent countless days and money combating them! Oh and the musty odor one of many signs. But as I have NEVER experienced this we had no inclination what was happening! I found out from two residents that they HAD in fact had at least three other units with bed bugs. The manager lies and does not return calls or respond to emails until it’s necessary and then says she never got the others! They are now advertising the 2x2 at the same price we had it for almost two years later but they will raise your rent after lease! Go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!"

"I moved out in mid April 2019 due to taking a job offer in the DC area. When I moved in back in November of 2016, the rent was higher than other places and utilities were not included, but what I saw when touring convinced me to go for it. And I'm glad I did! Living at Camino was overall great. The apartment was very nice and maintenance work was frequently being done to the buildings and the property. I didn't have any disagreements, problems, or spats with any other residents and hardly even knew I had neighbors in the same building as me. My only criticism coming out is that they could probably use some more maintenance staff. Who their staff while I was there was definitely competent and didn't cut corners, it just took a while to get to things. That's not to say they weren't responding properly to things, units without functioning heating in January take priority over one bath tub not having a working hot water handle in a two bath unit, for example. It just seemed like they had more maintenance requests than they were able to address and were constantly overloaded. Not a big deal, though, since (as previously mentioned) most of my submissions were lower priority and didn't bother me. Roof leaks were addressed same-or-next day, the previously mentioned tub handle was resolved as soon as the heating units for buildings were taken care of, etc. My apartment at Camino De La Sierra was so nice, I think I have been spoiled. ;) I am now at a nice place in the Arlington area of comparable size and lament that things about it aren't as good as they were at my place in Tucson."

"I was overly excited when I moved in so I wanted to wait a month before posting my review. It has been a month and I am still overly excited! The living area is spacious, the high ceilings are awesome, and there is no one living above you. Everything is always nicely maintained and every neighbor I meant is really nice. I would highly recommend this place to anyone."
