"If you are looking for a quiet, centrally located place to live, this is the place. I work nights and as a day sleeper I never had an issue with outside noises waking me during the day. My place is right next to the pool too! Great communication with management and maintenance. Liz and Richard are great and respond in a timely manner. No issues at all."

"Management was respectful, and put in a solid effort, and communicated well and maintenance responded quickly. No major issues with any neighbors. Coolers/ heaters worked well. I hadn't seen a single roach or bed bug the year when I lived there in 2022 which is a first for any apartment in Tucson I've ever lived in."

"I lived here for 3 years. Both under the old management, and the new management. The old reviews don't reflect this place at all, either old or new. The old management and new management had the same onsite employees, Liz and Richard, who are both rockstars. They are what makes this community awesome. Communicative, flexible, fix things fast, and always professional. They are affordable, central to everything, quiet, clean, and have amazing management as stated above. You should 100% live here if it fits your criteria. Liz & Richard, you're amazing and I'll miss you both!"

"Management is horrible, like living in a concentration camp, except the edison has way more bedbugs. Place is infested, well over half the units have them. Constantly telling you what you cant do. If rent isnt paid by the 6th you get an eviction notice on door. Would not reccomend this place to a dog."
