"Our ceiling fan in the 3rd room went out, with assistance from the office staff, Candace and Cindy they worked with maintenance to get us a new one. Maintenance came in, quickly worked without disturbing my household and replaced the ceiling fan. Thank you all kindly."
"It took an additional week after submitting the work order to get the repair accomplished. However, it got done much faster than previous work orders which we appreciate. We love living in this community and trust that the maintenance process will continue to improve. Thanks for reaching out for input. Thanks for bringing in and maintaining great staff. This is a great place too live and we plan on staying for a while."
"Sabino Vista has been a great place to live for 2-1/2 years. The office staff is friendly, approachable, and supportive. The complaints I have concern security. Management needs to install security cameras and street lights in all parking areas and public spaces to ensure safety and security. Many of the parking areas are completely dark at night, which encourages crime and is not safe for tenants. Security cameras installed by management would be accepted by the community residents. As it stands, some of the tenants have installed their own security cameras including audio and those cameras invade the privacy of other tenants because they view front doors and sidewalks of nearby neighbors. Management needs to take the lead In providing security for all tenants. Rental communities, such as this should not allow tenants to install their own cameras and audio equipment for privacy reasons."
"I’ve heard horror stories about waiting for maintenance at other apartment complexes. You never have to wait at Sabino Vista for any issues. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance guys get stuff fixed! We’re going on our 3rd year here and have really liked our experience. It’s like a little casita community and everyone is very friendly and respectful of each other."
